Your mission:

Develop and execute the company's financial strategy in alignment with the overall business strategy
To develop uniform internal and external financial reporting procedures standards policies in accordance with international reporting and headquarter national and IFRS accounting and tax guidelines.
To ensure timely and appropriate execution of all finance activities to maintain profitability liquidity and optimum utilization of financial assets.
To ensure the gathering analysis and preparation of relevant financial information for internal and external use to meet the companys as well as legal requirements.
To coordinate pro-actively and re-actively counselling for the company on legal issues.
To act as Local compliance officer

Your profile:

University level degree in business or finance management
At least 5 years of leadership experience with broad knowledge of finance industrial controlling and accounting product calculations
6-8 years experience gained through increasingly responsible management positions within finance proven track record in similar financial positions MD position of production site preferable
Strategic and analytical thinking result orientation
Capacity to execute and look for efficiency improvements and to build a high-performance culture within the company by cultivating individual and team strengths
Develop and maintain long-term trust-based relationships with key stakeholders and to use influencing skills to drive impact on the business
Fluent Czech / Slovak and English
German would be advantageous
